How PSB Generates Revenue
PSB generates revenue from three stacked streams. Subscriptions are the top of the funnel. Commissions are the core business. Marketplace fees are the passive long-tail.
Lehman Ladder Commissions
PSB acts as broker on one side of any deal. AI handles 80% of broker work, making even sub-$500K deals profitable. Seller-side: 10% on first $1M down to 3% above $7M. Buyer-side: 5% on first $10M down to 2% above $30M.
Subscriptions
Low-friction monthly fees that filter tire-kickers, fund AI infrastructure, and generate leads that convert to Lehman commissions. Not the revenue center — the top of the funnel. Waived during active broker engagements.
Marketplace Fee
1% of deal value on transactions that close on the platform where PSB is NOT the broker. Collected at escrow release. Waived when Lehman commission applies.

Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if my payment fails?
We retry 3 times over 7 days. If payment still fails, your account is downgraded to Free with a 7-day grace period.
How does the subscription relate to broker commissions?
Subscriptions are separate from commissions. If you engage PSB as your broker (Lehman commission), your subscription is waived for the duration of the engagement. Brokers always pay their subscription regardless.
What is the marketplace fee?
A 1% facilitation fee applies to deals that close on the platform where PSB is NOT the broker. If PSB is your broker, the marketplace fee is waived.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
